Our policy for returns, refund, and cancellation will be as follows :

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

*We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
*Store Credits are generated which is valid for 1 Year.
*250INR will be deducted from the Store Credits of the full amount as shipping charges.

*Exchanges are subject to availability, just in case your size is not available, you can choose from any other design or wish to get store credits in exchange (250INR will be deducted)

As all made-to-measure orders are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.
We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product.
If you wish to alter your product you’d have to ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
